THE CAPE HOUSE REMODEL

The existing dated exterior and interior of this home caused the new owners to enlist our help in providing an updated refresh that responded to their needs and aesthetic interests. Overlaying a new front porch and covered entry not only brought a focus to the front door but created useable outdoor space for the homeowners. With a newly designed Kitchen incorporating custom cabinetry balanced by a rustic farm table, also designed by our office, the sought after comfortable but efficient aesthetic goal was achieved. A breezeway was designed to create a connection between the existing house and existing garage. This compact room utilized built-in cabinetry to maximize the efficiency and functionality of the room. The natural wood tones and painted cabinetry create an elegant workspace to accommodate the entrepreneurial spirit of the owners.
