Our client purchased this low bank waterfront property to join in their extended family's neighborhood of homes. With the request to create a home for family gatherings and beach BBQs, this house delivered. The Living Room's large folding door opens to an extensive deck complete with a covered outdoor fireplace and sitting area. The bunk room on the second floor, the beautiful Kitchen with a butler's pantry, and the master suite with a private deck all make this home unique. A low maintenance exterior finishes paired with a comfortable interior were both components important to our client. Keeping a simplified geometry for the building form helped keep the budget in line while allowing the project's finishes to proceed without compromise.
