RED ROOF HOUSE

Often a design process will begin years before we ever meet a homeowner. Working directly with the client, we not only designed a home with character and charm, but the original sketch was also brought to life with spaces and rooms to fit their lifestyle. Outside, the home sits atop a terraced planter above the road, giving privacy and maximum yard space. Inside, a traditional floor plan highlighted with unique features like a kitchen sitting area overlooked the backyard through a wall of south-facing windows to bathe the room in sunlight. Highlights of Pacific Northwest roots are found throughout the home in clear vertical grain fir detailing throughout the house. The exterior is distinctive with a low maintenance finish and corbels and eaves and an open carport with a tongue and groove ceiling.
