When we were approached by the brokerage owner to assist with an expansion of their downtown offices we jumped at the opportunity. Given the direction to develop a space that could foster collaboration we designed an open office environment that provides flexible workspaces and individual “talk boxes”. We created a fresh look for the interior of the historic building, establishing a welcoming front desk and client interaction space. Both the main level and the second-floor mezzanine spaces incorporate small private rooms for phone calls and focused work sessions. Specifying furniture, lighting, desks, and equipment meant that the design vision for the space was executed all the way to completion.
